Jamie Fallon began practicing a plant-based diet & lifestyle 4 years ago as a way to reduce inflammation & heal from several major surgeries. After seeing great improvements in physical health, mental clarity, & emotional well-being, he dedicated himself to sharing this experience & knowledge with others interested in becoming the best version of themselves. He earned his masters degree in Psychology from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY & a Certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University & The T. Colin Campbell Foundation where he studied an expansive “wholistic” approach to nutrition as it relates to conditions including chronic pain, athletic injury, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, & more.
